Mickey Rooney is still alive. Four score and seven years ago (with apologies to Abe Lincoln), he began on film acting.

By the way, Alan Reed was a Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Reed was best known for Fred Flintstone. You can hear his voice on reruns to this very day! Huckleberry Hound mask was in the same movie. Also, he is on reruns to this day! Hanna-Barbera Connection! Also, Buddy Ebsen is on it and he is on reruns to this very day and the highest single sitcom half-hour episode in known history!

Besides the connection to the Flintstones with Alan Reed who voiced Fred Flintstone, the drunk in Holly’s apartment that causes her to go up the fire escape to Paul’s apartment (you only hear his voice) is Mel Blanc, who voiced Barney Rubble
